It is not often known what is involved in administering the CDM Regulations as each project is different however, what we do know is that OJ Health and Safety CDM Coordinator role fees are amongst the most competitive in the industry - approximately 0.1% where the build cost is between £1m and £5m. Fees are negotiable above £5million, whilst projects below £1m usually be at a cost of between £650 and £1,500.
Any Designer, Architect or Engineer who recommends OJ Health and Safety to their client can claim a upto 10% commission.
Client obligations under CDM 2007 Regulations
OJ Health and Safety can provide an experienced and highly competent CDM Coordinator (Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety) who has a clear understanding of CDM 2007. This is supported with a proven track record in the role of what was previously known as a Planning Supervisor.
